Can I see or try a lock before ordering?+
Yes. For projects we arrange a sample unit; for single-door purchases we can point you to the nearest dealer showroom so you can handle one in person.
Do you handle installation?+
Installation is done by your fitter or our dealer network depending on where you are. Every lock fits standard mortise prep, so most carpenters can install one without special tooling.
Do you work directly with architects and developers?+
Yes, and on project pricing rather than retail. Tell us the project size and stage and the specification team takes it from there.
